Customers with registered office or residence in the European Economic Area and Switzerland: Your contracting party is Kotao UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cologne, Germany. German and European law apply.

Customers with registered office or residence outside the European Economic Area: Your contracting party is Kotao FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The legal provisions agreed upon in the General Terms and Conditions apply.

Dispute Resolution
